From night markets to food festivals, wedding catering, birthdays to huge event grazing tables, our expertise is appreciated by many. Finally the time has come to join us for in-person baking and cookery classes, in our professional kitchen.
Our experience will guide you in the art of baking, and so much more. Using techniques and skills from years of hands-on retail catering, beginners or intermediates can choose from a variety of breadmaking, pastry, cake, regional cookery and dietry options (gluten free, vegan, dairy free) to suit your interests.
Our schedule will be ½, 1 or 2 day courses commencing MARCH 2024
