Oven bake pasty for 5-8 minutes ensure heated through completely. If pastry lid starting to burn or caramelise cover with a single layer of oven foil. 

Storage –Keep refrigerated approx 5 degrees C or slightly below.

Pies, Pastys and Sausage rolls are suitable for home freezing. Freeze and use by date 6 months from purchase. Fully defrost (I advise under refrigeration) prior to reheating. Use within 24 hours of defrosting. Eat hot or cold.
